I have a 1938 Disney Dumbo lamp with original shade. The shade is very dirty. Will it hurt the value of the lamp to clean the shade?

I already saw the posting from a year ago for the mousman guy and I am not looking to pay a guy for an answer to a question. Sure call me cheap but I am hoping to find someone here who might be able to give advice on this.

Last week I was at Target with my daughter and we were walking around and she picked up this Mickey Mouse that when you press the button in the front they say several different phrases.

But, this Mickey has a small problem. When you press his button he sounds just like Donald Duck. So at first I am thinking Donald can throw his face. But after realizing that toys can’t do that I realized hmm for the $9.99 it costs it may be worth the investment to pick it up .

Anyone know if this thing might have value? If so where do I find out?
